**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Follow proper food handling techniques to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

We plan on opening at the beginning of March but will be bringing staff on in the coming weeks for food training and preparation.
