**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP and Power BI to optimize our financial and go-to-market systems. This role is pivotal in bridging Finance, Sales, and Operations—ensuring data integrity, automating critical workflows, and delivering actionable reporting across the revenue lifecycle.

You’ll be the go-to expert for NetSuite administration, drive system enhancements, and empower teams with scalable tools. If you’re passionate about turning business needs into technical solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities Systems Leadership**
- Own end-to-end administration of NetSuite ERP and Power BI, including customizations, workflows, and SuiteScript development.
- Design and automate processes for month-end close, revenue reporting, and forecasting.
- Build intuitive dashboards and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and IT to align system capabilities with business goals.
- Lead training sessions and create documentation to maximize user adoption.
- Manage system request pipelines and prioritize enhancements based on ROI.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and implement process optimizations to reduce manual effort.
- Stay ahead of NetSuite/Power BI updates and recommend proactive upgrades. What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial systems support, with heavy NetSuite hands-on experience (workflows, SuiteScript, integrations).
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices).
- Expertise in revenue operations (GL, forecasting, budgeting, pipeline analytics).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

**Bonus Points For**
- NetSuite certifications or experience with APIs/middleware (Celigo, Boomi).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or CPQ tools.
- Background in accounting/finance or consulting

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
