Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinating and managing the logistics operations involved in shipping and receiving.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, including selecting carriers, scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documents (including, serial numbers, proforma invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, customs declarations for international shipments, and shipping manifests).
- Maintain and update On Time Delivery (OTD) and update shipping records accordingly. Collaborate with multiple carriers, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor packaging inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock with packaging suppliers.
- Use container loading software to create optimal loading plan for outbound containers.
- Coordinate receiving process for all international and domestic inbound deliveries (raw material, parts, customer returns), verify accuracy of shipments.
- Create and maintain accurate and on-time Receiving Log and SAP records.
- Coordinate material for IQC inspection, arrange and return approved material to inventory stock.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics, including shipment delays, packaging damages or misplacements and escalate to manager when required.
- Ensuring floor tidiness and maintaining a clean and neat shipping and receiving area at all times
- Attend daily dashboard meeting at start of shift
- Load/off-load containers/trucks as required
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as required
- Provide recommendations to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures including ISO quality standards
- Other duties as required

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating import/export logistics, arranging domestic and international shipments via multiple carriers with ocean, air cargo, and ground transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google docs
- Experience with SAP B1 and Container loading software is an asset
- Experience with Quality Systems and ISO 13485 would be an asset.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move packages as needed.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:
