**Job Summary**

The Inbound Coordinator reports to the TKC manager and plays a key role in managing the day-to-day billing requirements for the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for auditing & processing inbound containers.
- Daily and weekly reports
- Communication with 3PL operations and customs team.
- Appointment booking for direct delivery customers
- Following up with vendors & other departments as required to obtain missing information or verify accuracy of information.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts with vendors to ensure accounts are current.
- Issue claim documentation & supporting documents to vendors,

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a 3rd party logistics environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resourceful self-starter.
- Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Works well under pressure.
