**Overview**

Our **Fort McMurray, AB** location is looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to join their safety conscious team The Branch Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing operations for Grande Prairie, AB and Hinton, AB.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Direct and optimize operations in Grande Prairie, AB and Hinton, AB;
- Monitor branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues;
- Identify potential growth opportunities and maintain collaborative and profitable relationships with customer organizations;
- Conduct filed visits;
- Prepare annual budgets;
- Conduct performance reviews;
- Other tasks as assigned.***

**Qualifications**
- Minimum five (5) years of industry related experience (i. e. Oil & Gas, Environmental, Industrial) required;
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience required;
- Commercial driver’s license preferred, standard driver’s license required;
- Previous operating experience preferred (i. e. Vacuum Truck, Combo Unit etc.);
- Previous budgeting experience considered an asset;
- Safety tickets considered an asset (i. e. First Aid w/ CPR, H2S, Fall Protection/Arrest, CSTS, etc.);
- Ability to train and mentor employees;
- Client focused with excellent customer service skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Computer literate;
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment***
