Full Job Description:
Our Flooring Liquidators retail store is hiring at our Mississauga location We are looking for a responsible sales associate with a positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for home improvements / home renovations
MUST HAVE +5 years admin/ customer service/ sales experience.
Must be MOTIVATED, PUNCTUAL. Available 4-5 days a week. Need to be able to work independently and as a team. Weekends are needed. Schedule above.

The Role:
- Assist customers by providing suggestions and recommendations
- Educating customers on the product and closing the sale
- Place orders, answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Open and close the showroom
- File paperwork, place orders, book installs, follow up with inquiries
- scheduling installs
The Requirements:
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Admin work / customer service
- Friendly, positive, and can-do attitude - unafraid of challenges
- Customer service oriented
- Fluent in English
- Independent worker - you may be required to run the store alone.
- Dress professionally for work
Able to use : gmail, excel, quickbooks, Microsoft word, POS payment machines, fax, gmail & post ads on kijiji & fb marketplace. Admin work and product knowledge is required. Customer service skills
