Upon completion, you'll be eligible for promotion to positions such as; - _Dispatcher_ - _Freight Forwarder_ - _Senior Logistics Coordinator_ - _Senior Service Coordinator_ - _Sales & Marketing Coordinator_ - _Account Manager_ **Responsibilities**: - **Order Management**: Process orders, monitor their status, and ensure they are completed within the promised timelines. - **Route Planning**: Optimize routes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery. - **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries. - **Tracking and Reporting**: Track all shipments, maintain records, and provide status updates or reports to management and customers. - **Emergency Management**: Handle emergencies that require quick responses and resolution, a common occurrence in rush or hotshot services. - **Coordination with Other Departments**: Act as a liaison between dispatch, warehouse, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. - **Invoicing and Billing**: Manage invoicing and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely payment. - **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor service delivery performance to maintain our high standards of service. - **Account Setup**: Set up new accounts with thorough and precise documentation. - **Record Maintenance**: Maintain organized records and efficient filing systems to ensure quick and easy access to necessary information.
