This role oversees a team of specialists and collaborates closely with Regional Marketing Specialists and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of national and regional initiatives in support of our franchisees. The daily road of a Communication Manager at Fix Network; Partner with AVP Marketing and Communications in developing, implementing, and reporting on strategic communication and event plans that support organizational goals. Manage day-to-day communications priorities, including media relations, crisis/issues management, and proactive brand-building efforts. Provide strategic direction to the Communications Specialist and ensure alignment with Global and Regional Marketing & Communications objectives. Support development and implementation of PR and brand communication programs to strengthen reputation and promote innovation. Draft high-quality written materials, including press releases, Q&A documents, and event-related messaging. Build and maintain strong media relationships; identify proactive opportunities for media coverage and brand storytelling. Oversee the development and execution of social media plans and content calendars in partnership with the Social Media Strategist. Lead internal communication strategy, serving as senior editor and content creator for intranet and employee engagement platforms. Collaborate with employee groups and cross-functional teams to deliver creative communication solutions that drive alignment and engagement. Oversee planning and execution of major national and regional events, including conferences, corporate & franchisee team meetings, and industry activations. Manage vendor relationships, including PR agencies, digital partners, translation services, social media analytics providers, and event vendors. Serve as a key liaison with IT to ensure effective integration of communication tools and event platforms. Manage budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting for continuous improvement. The pilot we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline. 8–10 years of experience in strategic communications, brand marketing, and event management, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role. Bilingual in French Proven experience in franchise, retail, or e-commerce business models. Exceptional planning, strategy development, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and channels. Vendor and budget management experience for communications and events.
