**2. Language Instructor (French)**
**Role Summary**:
The Language Instructor will deliver French language instruction either **remotely** or **in-person** (in Quebec or Northern Canada) depending on the assigned MP’s preference. Instruction will focus on reading, writing, grammar, conversational fluency, and professional communications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver structured, intensive or maintenance-level French lessons individually or to small groups.
- Adapt teaching materials and methodologies based on each learner's proficiency level.
- Administer learner evaluations and document progress.
- Maintain detailed attendance and incident records.
- Collaborate closely with the Pedagogical Advisor and Program Coordinator.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; French Second Language (FSL) or TESL certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching adults.
- Proficient in online teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, or similar).
- Comfortable with flexible schedules (weekdays and possible weekends).
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
