You have completed a Bachelors Degree or experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related role for at least 8 years, at least 4 years of project-related experience is required, and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

**Who You Are**

You may have also acquired the following skills:

- Demonstrated functional and technical expertise of nuclear industry procurement practices and sources, including EPC. Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of the supply management field in the completion of simultaneous complex assignments
- Experienced in people management, staff development, delegation of tasks, motivating others, change management, and continous improvement (lean tools)
- Strong business accumen with the capability to build business cases with financial models, design and implement strategic plans surrounding new markets important to the management team.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical information surrounding nuclear parts, components, and equipment.
- Working knowledge of Nuclear Codes & Standards as they relate to procurement activities. These may include but not be limited to: ASME Section III, ASME NCA-4000, ASME NQA-1, CSA N285.0, & CSA N286-05, and CSA N299 Series requirements.

As a Manager, Project Procurement in Pickering, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- Liaising with suppliers/vendors, design engineers, and the operational management team (project managers, product line managers, executives) in developing and implementing a supply strategy for nuclear and non-nuclear components and services that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, optimizes lead time, and maximizes customer satisfaction. Forms and strengthens mutually beneficial relationships with supply chain partners.
- Establishes and reports metrics to assess effectiveness in procurement operations.
- Displays a high degree of business acumen, influencing, and negotiating skills.

This position requires up to 25% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
