**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Rare Beauty is looking for a Freelance Make-up Artist to join the team

This role will be Sephora store based and include sales, product education and relationship building.

**PAY RANGE**: Hourly wage of $25.00 - $30.00 USD, depending on experience.

**WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales Support days in Sephora to boost sales
- Providing the Rare Beauty experience to all consumers
- Introducing Rare Beauty to new and existing consumers
- Ensure all sales targets are met daily / weekly
- Build positive relationships with Sephora cast / management
- Furnishing or setting fixtures and advising customers on the display of the company's products without charge or other consideration
- Checking of customers' inventories without a charge therefor

**ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote and exhibit brand values of positivity and inclusivity with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comprehensive knowledge of the brand and ethos
- Provide sales feedback to management
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive / effective business partnerships

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Retail Sales
- Professional knowledge and certificate in Makeup Artistry or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strength with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Must be able to work in store Wednesday - weekends up to 30 hours per week
