**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete specific tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- A valid driver's license and transportation are mandatory.
