Responsibilities:

- Analyze, verify and import time from the company time clock program into the payroll accounting software;
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis which includes calculations of stat holiday pay and overtime as required, processing new hires and terminations including ROE's, reconcile and process T4's and T4A's on an annual basis, reconcile and prepare the T4 summary;
- Process payments to employees by EFT in order to meet the bi-weekly deadline;
- Maintain employee and corporate records securely, electronically and paper copies;
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Employment Standards;
- Ensure compliance with all Provincial and Federal regulations, including payroll deductions calculations, remittance deadlines and reports.
- Monthly and annual calculations, reporting and remittances for EHT, CRA and WSIB;
- Manage employee benefit plans;
**Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in Payroll and HR administration;
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
