Restaurant Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Supervise and train new staff
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety guidelines in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising staff.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
