**Overview**
Do you have a passion for the water, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a natural leadership flair? We're looking for a charismatic and experienced Captain to helm our Floating Tiki Bar This role combines maritime navigation with tourism where you’ll be responsible for ensuring an unforgettable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

**Duties**
- Provide a guided tour for customers
- Safely operate and navigate the boat to designated locations on the water (specific routes, docking areas, etc.).
- Ensure all safety protocols and maritime regulations are followed at all times.
- Supervise and maintain safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguishers, etc.).
- Train and supervise crew members on safety procedures and maritime responsibilities.
- Strong background in customer service, with experience in hospitality or food/drink service preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members and guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations.
- A passion for helping others and providing an outstanding experience for all guests on board.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
