Job Summary

The Production Coordinator’s main function will be to collaborate and assist the Production and Engineering team on various different projects.

**Job Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities**:

- Review technical drawings to ensure consistency with work orders as well as provide accuracy of correct material ordered
- Redline and revisions - stamp and complete release log
- Documentation Control - Main point of contact for internal resources to organize and control transmittals and the master list, maintain document transmittals, receive and send engineering files to/from customers, and maintain project MDL.
- Track and maintain project deadlines, submittal packages, and releases in Visual
- Creating, updating, and maintaining the engineering task lists on a project basis, ensuring reviews of designs are completed and filed.
- Stamping drawings and revisions that need to be released to the floor.
- drawing release/revision management - release of new and revised drawings as well as the removal of old revision drawings to the production floor and as well as maintaining release log
- Track and monitor all material for work orders in progress, documenting critical path items, estimated time, and any changes to the production team whiteboard
- Track all NCR parts, verifying orders and making sure that they are routed accordingly
- Create and update Work Order Short List for production and purchasing
- Support staff in assigned project-based work, including coordination across multiple departments/personnel.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Interface with executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals.

**Job Specific Requirement/Knowledge/Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a mid-sized manufacturing environment
- An undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ERP experiencing, Infor Visual considered an asset
- Highly proficient in Excel and computer scheduling programs
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-moving production environment
- Willing to take on other tasks as assigned
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire to work on a production floor
- Logistics experience is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
