**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Restore and renovate existing structures to enhance their functionality and aesthetics.
- Perform tasks related to roofing, siding, drywall installation, and masonry work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects.
- Assemble furniture, cabinets, and other wooden items according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material requirements and project costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for carpentry tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as required.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
