Residential Conveyancer

**Opportunity**

Milestone Notaries is looking for an intermediate to senior level residential conveyancer to join our small team

**Duties**
- Reviewing contracts, title searches and other legal documents related to the file
- preparation of residential sale, purchase, mortgage, and refinance files - handling all tasks from initial file opening through to final reporting and file closing;
- Communicating with sellers, purchasers, financial institutions, clients, legal assistants, paralegals, lawyers, brokers and others;
- Training new or learning colleagues in an efficient and encouraging manner;
- Completing any other administrative duties as required

**Position Requirements**:

- Three (3) or more years of related legal assistant experience covering all aspects of residential real estate transactions;
- Ability to use Prosuite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 2 years (required)
