Responsibilities of a PREP COOK include:_**
- Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications
- Maintain food quality
- Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
- Setting & restocking service stations

**_
Working Conditions:_**
- Hours and shifts may vary.
- Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Work is performed in a high paced restaurant kitchen
