**Shift**: Continental Day shift
**Pay**: Competitive salary based upon experience
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries
- Monitor customer cameras and schedule pick-ups accordingly
- Schedule routes as per customer requirements
- Follow, monitor and update all driver runs
- Address and resolve any concerns that arise
- Review all driver paperwork, ensure it is complete and accurate

**Qualifications**:

- A post secondary education in operations/logistics is an asset
- 2- 3 years minimum experience as a transportation dispatcher
- Knowledge of GTA and Southern Ontario
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
