Education and ExperiencePerform In-coming Materials InspectionSupport Manufacturing ProcessesPerform First Article Inspection and Record ResultsPerform In-Process Inspection and Record ResultsPerform Final Inspection and Record ResultsCreate and Maintain Inspection SheetsMaintain Product Traceability SheetsPerform Re-Inspection on any Reworked and Repaired Items.Complete all Testing at Required Frequencies.Perform Calibration and Maintain Records of all Measuring and Testing Equipment.Control Non-Conforming Material for Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection.Support the Team in Disposition of Non-Conforming Material.Release 'on hold' products for shipments/recyclingCoordinate QC ProceduresControl Production DrawingsCreate Monthly QC Summary Reports.All other duties as assignedPrevious experience in QC an assetExperiences with MS office, excel, wordAbility to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.Westlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
