The Service Advisor promotes the sale of the dealership parts and labor by building positive ongoing relationships with customers. They are responsible for providing solutions to the customer's automotive problems and making recommendations regarding maintenance and long-term automotive care.
- Automotive service experience
- Self-Motivated
- High energy
- Able to work well within a collaborative environment
- Exceptional customer service track record
- Organized and process-oriented
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
