The S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Manager to be our _Genesis Ownership Experience Manager_ at our newest dealership - _**Genesis Ottawa**_ - located on West Hunt Club Road. Genesis is a luxury brand that will satisfy customer ownership expectations with the unique Genesis credo of “_Delivering Exceptional_”.

Essential Duties of our Genesis Ownership Manager will be:

- Willingness to “deliver exceptional” by managing customer expectations throughout the service appointment, write up, recommendation, quality, redelivery, and follow up phases of the overall Genesis ownership experience.
- Responsible for implementing and administering all systems, procedures and processes of the Genesis ownership experience, with special attention to the key drivers of customer loyalty.

Position Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service experience with a luxury brand, as well as a minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service Manager experience or 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience. Having all of this experience within a luxury brand experience is a strong asset.
- Energetic and positive with a proven track record of exceptional customer service in the automotive service industry.
- Possess a sound automotive fixed operations background.
- Proud to be a luxury brand ambassador with demonstrated ability to set and exceed expectation.
- Must be a strong leader, communicator, and up-to-date on modern technology.
- Highly organized and hard wired for success.

Compensation - $60,000 to 85,000 and up based on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
- Automotive Luxury Brand: 1 year (required)
