Kitchen Production Worker

Red Table Foods is looking for full-time **Production Workers** to work at our head office in South Edmonton (3790 98st NW). As an integral member of the Red Table team, the Production Worker will prepare, portion and assemble food items in accordance with production and food safe requirements, as well as other light food preparations, as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Food preparation including; portioning and assembling.
- Ensure food quality and food safety standards are met.
- Ensure workstations are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain product rotation using the First In, First Out method (FIFO).
- Assist with inventory.
- Assist with off-site catering food preparations.
- Cleaning/sanitation.
- Dishwashing, as required.
- Completion of Food Safety and Production logs.
- Adhere to HACCP Policies.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen food production line or food industry would be preferred.
- Alberta Food Safe certification is required prior to working.
- First Aid certification is an asset.
- Working fluency and command of the English Language.
- Flexible for work shifts, seven days per week.
- Must be a great team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to continually execute repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
