Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics for management review.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in WMS software (experience with NetSuite WSM is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience and license to operate a walkie, counter balance forklift and raymond reach
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
