Customer Service Representative/cashier

Busters Towing is a busy 24-hour operation that has been proudly serving the City of Vancouver for over 70 years. We are trusted towing professionals with the largest fleet of light, medium, and heavy duty tow trucks in Western Canada.

This available position is permanent full time, graveyard shift, Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. Training for the CSR position will include knowledge of processing payments, cash, debit and credit, as well as cashing out your till at the end of your shift. The graveyard shift CSR is also responsible for answering phone calls and liaise with dispatch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers when they arrive at the towing facility
- Processing and releasing customers vehicles
- Processing payments, cashing out and counting your till
- Reviewing and double checking invoices
- Assisting drivers with providing correct invoices and helping them cash out
- Answering phones to help customers with finding their vehicle
- Data entry, high accuracy
- Calling customers to verify information
- Following up and communicating with Dispatch

- _Clean Criminal Record_
