**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company policies regarding customer service, returns, and exchanges.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
