Esso Cobourg (Cobourg, ON) is looking for a customer focused gas station supervisor/ Manager for the team.

**Tasks**
- Perform cash register functions and other related activities.
- Service customers at the Point of Sale with the cash, card payments, issue receipts, refunds and/or tickets.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Perform, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers according to the guidelines
