**Job Title**: Summer Customer Service Representative - Lavender Polo Farm

**Location**: Lavender Polo Farm, Ontario, Canada

**Job Type**: Seasonal (June-August, with potential extension)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable **Customer Service Representatives** to join our team this summer. This is a front-line position ideal for those who enjoy working with people, love the outdoors, and can thrive in a fast-paced seasonal setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors throughout their visit
- Check and validate guest tickets at entry
- Lead small group tours of the lavender fields and farm area
- Assist in the farm shop with retail sales and restocking
- Operate point-of-sale systems in the shop and café
- Support food and beverage service in our café
- Help maintain cleanliness and order throughout public and staff areas
- Perform general tasks around the farm, including some physical labour (e.g. lifting, setup, cleanup)

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in a retail, tourism, or hospitality setting preferred
- Bilingualism (English/French/Mandarin) strongly preferred
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors in varying weather
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to the farm location
