We are a property management company in downtown Vancouver.

We manage apartment buildings and condo units in the downtown Vancouver

area.

We need a plumber who can also do handyman work.

You must have experience as a plumber and are preferably licensed in BC.

The handyman work involves:

- minor electrical issues
- minor plumbing issues
- some drywall work
- fixing items such as small furniture, locks, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
