Boom Truck Driver

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a reliable and motivated Boom Truck Driver to join our dedicated team As a Boom Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries of goods to our valued customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process.
Work with support, service, and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible.
Follow all Safety precautions when operating company vehicles and loading/unloading freight. Always work in a safe manner in accordance with Provincial and Federal Safety Legislation. Report any potential hazards and unsafe behavior to management.
Move heavy or bulky merchandise for customers and sales personnel. Including loading/unloading merchandise and materials.
Maintain clean and orderly delivery vehicles. Perform light maintenance (checking oil, etc.) and maintain maintenance records.
Unloading and receiving of inbound inventory with accuracy and care. Advise supervisor of shortages or damaged goods.
Accurate execution of deliveries by verifying delivery documents.
Follow company procedures regarding signatures, forms, receipts, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Outgoing personality with good customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Physically able to move merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds to and from company vehicles in the delivery process. Physio assessment will be completed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demand.
Technical aptitude and ability to use tools properly.
Clean driving record.
Previous delivery/boom truck experience.
Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
