Job Title: Sales Person **Location**: 85 Steeles Ave E, Milton, ON Job Summary Rockwood Garage Doors is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Person to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to sell residential and commercial doors and openers, as well as service and maintenance contracts. The Sales Person will handle company-generated leads and actively seek new leads. This role involves meeting clients at our office or their homes/businesses to understand their needs and sell overhead door and related products. Key Responsibilities - Contacting every lead and following our sales pipeline and tracking system. - Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. - Meeting clients to determine their needs and recommending suitable products and services. - Ensuring all sales targets and goals are met. - Using and learning various software programs to complete sales processes. - Assisting with other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills - **Education**: No specific educational requirements. - **Certifications**: None required. - **Experience**: Previous experience in sales and/or the overhead door or related industries is preferred. - **Skills**: - Incredible customer service skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to use and/or learn various software programs.
