R&K Consulting is an immigration consultancy firm located in Montreal and Toronto, Canada. We are a national regulatory body authorized by the government of Canada and Quebec and provide immigration service according to the immigration regulations and the requirement of clients. Our Montreal Office is now looking for an Immigration Case Processing Manager or RCIC who can speak Korean, French and English.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Must speak Korean, French and English
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Licence / Certification - RCIC (preferred)
- Must have at least one year of experience working on study permit, work permit, temporary resident visa or PR including Quebec Skilled Worker program and sponsorship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-past environment on a remote basis
- Strong drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with the use of social media (blog or Instagram posts)

**Job duties**:

- Filling out forms and preparing for required documents for the following program; SP, WP, CAQ, CSQ, EE, PR, Sponsorship etc.
- Track, monitor and promptly respond to client’s inquires to their immigration process.
- Meeting with prospective and current clients
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents
- Keeping up-to-date with immigration laws.
- Streamline government letters that belong to each individual client as per supervisor’s requests
- Provide extra support to the team at large when needed

**Work Location**: Hybrid (Montreal office)

**Working Schedule**: 30 ~ 35 hours a week, Flexible schedule

**Salary & Benefits**:Hourly wage + Case Bonus (after 6-month probation period)

**Salary**: $17.00-$26.00 per hour
