**Main functions**
The duties and responsibilities of this position will include:
- Preparing various immigration files, including filling out forms, requesting and gathering required documents;
- Research and following up with clients and government authorities;
- Analyzing complex documents and providing opinions;
- Writing legal correspondence and drafting detailed submission letters;
- Meeting with clients and providing excellent customer service;
- Performing other general office work as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the immigration field;
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field required (Bachelor's degree an asset);
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written). Additional language is an asset;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize work effectively;
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Reliable, responsible, and motivated to succeed in your role

Aiello Immigration Law cherche à embaucher un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de cas d'immigration à notre bureau situé au cœur du Vieux-Montréal. **Fonctions principales**
- Les tâches et responsabilités de ce poste sont les suivantes:
- Préparer divers dossiers d'immigration, y compris remplir des formulaires, demander et rassembler les documents requis ;
- Recherche et suivi auprès des clients et des autorités gouvernementales ;
- L'analyse de documents complexes et la formulation d'avis ;
- Rédiger de la correspondance juridique et des lettres de soumission détaillées ;
- Rencontrer les clients et fournir un excellent service à la clientèle ;
- Effectuer d'autres travaux de bureau généraux selon les besoins.
**Exigences**
- Au moins un an d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'immigration ;
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe requis (un baccalauréat serait un atout) ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit). Une autre langue est un atout ;
- Grand souci du détail ;
- Capacité à établir des priorités de manière efficace ;
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution ;
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler sous pression ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ;
- Fiabilité, sens des responsabilités et motivation pour réussir dans son rôle.
