**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies that drive client engagement and retention.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or client relations, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client accounts and sales processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to business development, identifying opportunities for growth within the market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
