## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Asphalt Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

# Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands
- Manage plant budget and expenses effectively
- Lead and mentor plant staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to streamline operations

# Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to oversee equipment maintenance and repairs
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure product integrity
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot systems effectively
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide plant personnel
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and for long hours if required.

Pay: From $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
