**Qualifications**
- One to two years of experience paving in the Road Construction Industry
- Working knowledge of Asphalt and related materials
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment used in Asphalt
- Valid Driver’s License
- Highschool Diploma

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the asphalt department
- Develop and implement plans for production, quality control, and safety
- Manage and motivate employees to meet department goals
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth project execution
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. independently; more than 50lbs. with assistance
- Must have the physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete the assigned duties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
