Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain student records and assist with registration and attendance tracking
- Schedule meetings, events, and maintain school calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
- Support teachers and administrators with clerical tasks and resource coordination
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with planning and organizing school events and activities
- Serve as a liaison between staff, families, and the broader school community
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in office administration is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in an educational setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Familiarity with Islamic values and ability to work respectfully within a faith-based school
