**Job Title **HR Coordinator
**Reports to **Executive Assistant
**Inclusion Alberta**, as a family advocacy organization, is committed to providing individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with personalized advocacy that contributes to a meaningful and inclusive life.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Gather and review documents and processes regarding the current recruitment strategy, onboarding process, and evaluations across all Inclusion Alberta initiatives.
- Meet with leadership and supervisors to understand the HR needs and current gaps in the organization.
- Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy, onboarding process, training framework and evaluation framework with collaboration and input from leadership and supervisors.
- Digitize employee files and development of any guidelines or processes necessary to retain digital employee files.
- Produce reports on HR activities.
- Actively collaborate with and positively support Inclusion Alberta team members.
- Liaise with HR consultant and legal advisors when necessary.
- Support the work of the Staff Engagement and Retention Coordinator.
- Other administrative projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience with relevant human resources position(s).
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time-management and planning skills.
- Strong ability in using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle data confidentially.
- Can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism
**Working Conditions**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From $57,000.00 per year
