As Service Design Manager, you lead, plan, organize and develop the policies, processes, systems and projects that support the Integrated Employment Services operations in Ontario. This position has a critical role in the development of a client-focused employment services that ensure contract compliance and efficient operational performance.

As the leader of a strong and professional team, you will make a difference at the personal and community level by ensuring Employment Ontario partners and clients achieve their employment goals and receive the best support possible.

**_ Note: this is a 5-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension._**

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure systems and processes are developed to maximize the efficiency of program resources
- Assist in the development of supportive information technology solutions
- Manage the information requirements of the SSM and Service Provider Network, ensuring they have the data and tools to make business and performance related decisions
- Use data to drive sound business decisions and measure the impact of changes
- Work closely with SSM staff to analyze and plan future enhancement or corrective actions to the service delivery across the network
- Using strong change management principles to ensure all projects and introduced changes are tested for acceptance and compliance, and successfully adopted by the network
- Develop and maintain the Customer Satisfaction Framework including feedback mechanism, analysis and reporting requirements to feed continuous improvement plans
- Monitor policy and regulatory updates to ensure changes are reported and incorporated

**What you bring**:

- Three (3)+ years Employment/Vocational Services business management experience
- Experience managing government funded contracts, ideally related to workforce development services
- Broad knowledge of community service operations, quality assurance, outcome management and human services planning
- Demonstrated experience developing operating processes and establishing performance standards; ability to translate complex contractual documents into simplified guidelines and procedures
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work in different locations and travel as required
- Employment conditional on obtaining a clear criminal record check
