Senville is a retailer of heating and cooling products, including air conditioners and heat pumps. Based in Montreal, QC, Canada, Senville distributes and sells heating and cooling systems via e-commerce outlets, throughout the United States and Canada.

We are currently seeking a new bilingual technical support representative to join our support team.

**Office location: Dorval, Qc**

**Responsibility**:

- Effectively handle customer needs based on the technical support of our products, via inbound phone calls and chat.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Be knowledgeable of the most product features, and be capable of providing customers with helpful and useful information.
- Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people both in person and via the telephone while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.
- Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with US based customers. (French is a plus.)
- Ability to work with computers, and proficient in Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
