This is particularly highlighted through a Diversity and Inclusiveness initiative released company wide. Position Overview EMCO Ensuite requires the service of a full time Show Room Consultant. As first point of contact for our luxury showroom, the primary responsibility of the consultant is to assist customers with the right recommendations for plumbing fixtures and accessories whilst providing exceptional customer service to contractors, custom home builders and plumbers. Projects may range from powder room renovations to full home packages and duties include quotations, sales, purchase orders and expediting. Desired Skills and Experience for the position: Customer Care and Service experience Flair for interior design and decoration Project and “On Time” Management Computer Literacy Desired Leadership traits: Effective communicator – Excellent interpersonal, listening, and influencing skills High standards – For themselves and vis a vis others Passion – High energy, caring individual with a can-do attitude Integrity – “Walks the Talk” and leads by example Team player Screening Criteria: University Degree or College Diploma – studies in Design are preferable Fluent in both written and verbal English Level of previous project management and customer service experience Additional Assets: French speaking and writing abilities are preferable but not essential What you can expect from EMCO: Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and profit sharing.
