**Ready to start a new chapter?**
We have an opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to complement our Sales & Marketing group. This role is the principal technical advisor to our Client Experience team. The primary purpose is to represent solut’s technical standards to proactively assist our clients in maintaining their competitive advantage through technology. This will require developing trusting relationships with our clients to understand their business, operational needs, and technological challenges. The goal is to ensure their IT environment is current, healthy, and relevant. The position is client-facing and will include conducting informal technical audits and walk-throughs with clients to help plan and build applicable solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and technical acumen will help drive discussions with clients regarding the status of current systems, risks, trade-offs, and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Remain current with solūt’s technical standards and recommend enhancements to our Technical Standards team based on client feedback and own market research
- Seek opportunities for tech growth by identifying outdated hardware and software
- Conduct regular onsite client reviews and analyze client infrastructure relative to solūt’s technical standards
- Research and recommend applicable enhancements to clients’ hardware and software based on internal standards to maintain health of their IT systems and reduce technical debt
- Communicate results of technical analysis and recommended solutions via presentations and written documentation
- Assist Operations in maintaining up-to-date client documentation
- Support multi-disciplinary teams in maintaining alignment between client agreements, active services and billings
- Ongoing monitoring of warranties attached to client hardware and quoting renewals before expiration
- Collaborate with Client Experience in building trust with clients to increase satisfaction, retention, renewals, and references

**Summary of Qualifications & Skills**
- Post-secondary education in information technology, Systems Administration program preferred
- 3+ years IT service experience
- Industry certificates considered an asset, CCNA or MCSA certification or higher preferred
- Server and infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with Desktop and Office productivity suites
- Experience with active directory, Exchange Online and/or MS 365
- An eye for detail and a reputation for meticulous and accurate work
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly analyze information to address issues and determine best course of action
- An appetite for adapting new technology
- Effective written, oral and telephone communication skills (English required)
- Skill in teamwork, innovation, adaptability and decision making, along with a client focus, results orientation and business sense
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
- A valid Class 5 Drivers license is a must
