We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team at Desi Rasoi Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and coordinate**the daily activities of restaurant staff.
- **Assign duties**to team members, including kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers.
- Provide **training to new employees** and support the development of current team members.
- **Monitor staff performance**and offer **feedback** to improve service and efficiency.
- Ensure all customers receive friendly, prompt, and professional service.
- **Oversee food preparation**and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
- Keep **track of inventory** levels and place orders when needed.
- Handle any issues that arise during operations, such as staffing, equipment, or supply problems.
- Maintain a positive work environment and **lead the team by example.**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Food safe Certificate (mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3W 3N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
