Business Manager

Responsible for expanding existing customer relationships in the defined territory
Responsible for prospecting for new customer relationships on a daily basis within the territory
Services existing accounts by coordinating ISCO’s response to new project proposals
Calls on existing and prospective customers within the framework of an internal business development and account management program.
Leads business development efforts meant to generate, pursue, and close business with prospect accounts in the defined territory.
Evaluates business opportunities, and develops strategies for targeting potential customers.
Responsible for all leads assigned in the territory, prospect contact and follow-up, and opportunity qualification.
Records business development activities and records all results in the Oracle CRM
Gives virtual/remote sales presentations to existing customers, prospective customers, engineers and owners
Collaborates with Outside Sales to determine the most important customer calls, prospect calls and project site visits for the upcoming weeks
Discusses customer needs, problems, or complaints, and arranges for meetings between customers or prospective customers with representatives of various company functional areas.
Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to the company's business development program and makes recommendations or suggestions as appropriate.
Acts as a liaison with the sales, marketing, and operations department to solicit, review, and respond to RFP’s. Reviews and presents final bid proposals to existing and prospective customers, including: project scope, proposed solution, timeline and price, references and contract terms and conditions
Participates in project kick-off meetings to introduce the project management/execution team to the customer
**Experience and Education**: Comprehensive knowledge of the field concepts and principles. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related sales experience.
