**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain blow molding machines to produce plastic products according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have prior experience in injection molding.
- Solid understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
