**Nexus Massage & Rehab** is a large, busy, multidisciplinary clinic in the Yonge and Eglinton area. We offer Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Osteopathy services with over 20 practitioners who go above and beyond to treat their patients.

We are a
**young, fun, energetic team,** looking for a
**caring and outgoing individual** who can multi-task and be the friendly face to greet our patients.

**Immediate start date.**

**ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONTACTED**:

- **Must have flexible hours and schedule (weekends, mornings and evening availabilities).
- **1 year working in a customer service and administration role
- Have an outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
- Experience with using health electronic management records and insurance companies is an asset but not required.
- Experience with computer systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is critical.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Problem solver and a fast learner.
- Self-starter and motivated
- Fluent in the English language (verbal and written).

**Front Desk Duties**:

- Booking appointments, check patients in/out, issue invoices and receipts.
- Laundry - Washing/Drying and Folding.
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the clinic.
- Troubleshooting/reporting concerns and issues related to the clinic.
- Stocking supplies and linens.
- Maintaining the growth of our clinic plants.
- Address minor escalations if required
