**Company Description**

Essential Europe Travel is a Travel Agency / Tour Operator specializing in high-end and personalized travel throughout Europe for US clients.

**Mission**

We are looking for Luxury Travel Coordinators to manage the organization of itineraries (Hotels, activities, transport) for American clients. Functional English and a good sense of detail and organization are the minimum prerequisites for the position.

**Tasks and activities**

As Deluxe Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Manage bookings for custom packages sold booking hotels, transfers, excursions, rail and domestic flights.

2. Prepare individual documents for each service and a final itinerary 30 days before the client's departure.

3. Answer questions asked by travel agents regarding their clients' travel and documents.

4. Help find new destinations, prepare marketing materials, update the website, book restaurants and other peripheral activities.

**Skills required**:
1. Travel industry experience

2. Attention to detail and organizational skills (required)

3. Basic knowledge of European geography

4. Functional English both written and spoken

5. Experience in customer service (in person or over the phone) an asset

6. Experience in tourism mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
