SOMMAIRE DE L’EMPLOI
Comme membre de l’équipe interdisciplinaire du PEM et dans les limites de son champ d’activité, le travailleur social est responsable de la coordination et de la prestation de soins de qualité aux patients et leur famille.
QUALITÉS REQUISES ET AUTRES EXIGENCES DU POSTE
Posséder un baccalauréat en travail social d’un programme reconnu de travail social;
Être membre en règle de l’Association des travailleurs sociaux du Nouveau-Brunswick et satisfaire les exigences de l’Association canadienne des travailleuses et travailleurs sociaux;
Connaître la population cible des services du Programme extra-mural, ainsi que les services communautaires disponibles;
Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide de classe 5 émis au Nouveau-Brunswick et avoir un bon dossier du conducteur (attestation requise);
Avoir un dossier criminel vierge et soumettre une vérification des antécédents judiciaires valide;
Posséder un certificat en RCR de niveau C émis dans les 12 mois précédents, ou être disposé à l’obtenir dans un délai de trois mois;
Être capable de travailler efficacement en équipe, faire preuve d’entregent et de bon jugement, ainsi que prendre de bonnes décisions, tout en possédant des compétences en leadership et en encadrement;
Être capable de travailler tous les quarts assignés et maintenir une présence assidue au travail;
Être très respectueux de la confidentialité;
Posséder d’excellentes habitudes de travail et avoir une tenue professionnelle.
**À noter**: Tout poste à l’unité du PEM de St. Stephen exige un passeport canadien ou une carte Nexus valide.
