As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, possesses a strong eye for design, and is highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, providing you with valuable hands-on experience to kick-start your marketing career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your creative talents and design skills to assist in creating visually appealing marketing and sales materials.
- Help maintain accurate marketing databases, track campaign performance metrics, and generate reports to analyze marketing efforts.
- Build, manage, and maintain corporate-approved templates for use internally (Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Proactively engage in learning about different marketing strategies and tools, demonstrating a willingness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Support and coordinate the collection of customer testimonials and reviews.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in graphic design with knowledge of using Canva or similar design tools is highly desirable.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of marketing materials and data management.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the marketing field, with a willingness to explore various marketing disciplines.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
